This Privacy Policy explains how Clydesdales Creative ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information through clydesdalescreative.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services. We're a Denver, Colorado growth marketing agency — you can reach us at clydesdalescreative@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. If you email us, book a call through our Calendly link, or otherwise reach out, you may share your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your business or inquiry.
Information from prospective and current clients. If you engage us for services, we collect what's needed to deliver them — business contact details, access credentials you grant us (e.g., to your CRM, ad accounts, or social accounts, as scoped in your Client Services Agreement), billing information (processed by our payment processor, not stored by us — see below), and records of the work we do together, such as CRM entries, campaign performance data, and communications.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic, aggregate technical information when you visit — such as pages viewed and general traffic patterns — to understand how the Site is used. We don't use this to build individual profiles of Site visitors.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- Evaluate and deliver the services you engage us for
- Operate the systems (CRM, automated follow-up, reporting) we build and run for clients
- Send service-related communications, invoices, and — where you've agreed — marketing updates
- Improve this Site and our services
- Meet legal and accounting obligations
3. How we share information
We don't sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and file storage), Metricool (social media scheduling), and Twilio (business text/call automation we run on behalf of clients). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
- As required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
- In a business transfer, if Clydesdales Creative is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — we'd notify affected parties.
We never see or store full payment card numbers; those go directly to Stripe.
4. Cookies and similar technology
This Site may use minimal, functional cookies or similar technology (for example, through embedded third-party tools like Calendly) needed to make those features work. We don't currently run third-party advertising trackers on this Site. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect information in our care, including restricting access to client systems to what's needed to deliver services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and maintain business records — and for prospective clients, until you ask us to delete it or it's clearly no longer relevant.
7. Your rights and choices
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons
- Opt out of marketing emails or texts (every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option)

8. Children's privacy
This Site and our services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
